From a young age, I was always active, playing soccer and other sports outdoors until my early twenties. Despite various office jobs, I was passionate about exercise and health, leading me to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and a personal trainer, where I help people improve their health through exercise.

I began long-distance running in 2011, finding it challenging but immensely rewarding. I've completed several marathons and other events, making running a significant part of my life. In my downtime, I love watching sports, watching movies/netflix, and savoring good oat mylk coffees at local cafés.

I'm excited to travel with my family, creating lasting memories, and I aim to participate in an ultra-marathon one day. I value individual health and fitness, and spending quality time with loved ones.
