NDIS: Helping You Move, Feel, and Live Better

Did you know that approximately 1 in 6 Australians have a disability? The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is here to provide support, helping people build skills and confidence to participate in work, daily life, and the community.

At our centre, we’re proud to offer NDIS-funded Exercise Physiology services, designed to help individuals manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Our team works with a diverse range of clients, including those with:

  • Intellectual Disability
  • Autism
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Prader-Willi Syndrome
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Neurological and/or muscular conditions

Since every person’s needs and goals are unique, we create individualised programs tailored to each client’s abilities and aspirations. Our focus is on promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and making movement accessible and enjoyable for all.

Sessions can take place at the gym, in a client’s home, or at a hydrotherapy centre, depending on what works best. No matter where we are, our goal is the same—to support clients in feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered in their health journey.
